How it works
A customer makes an information request.
Customer facing staff query the rapid response system with the product number. The rapid response system provides an information form to capture the requester's information. If an approved document is on hand, it is retrieved and printed for the customer. If the document is not on hand the customer facing sales staff enters the CX information and provides the customer with the company's standard inquiry response. All internal stakeholders are instantly notified and can take action on said information request. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.
