During his time with Assent, Jon has overseen their REACH & RoHS programs including the architecture and further development of Assent’s Environmental Compliance Software. As the head of North American Business Development for Intertek PLC’s Health & Environmental division, Jonathan implemented over 125 REACH Only Representative & Compliance projects for North American producers.

• Jonathan has also provided numerous REACH SVHC positional papers and presentations for North American Manufacturing Organizations and companies including: IBM, HP, Sunoco, Hill-Rom, and International Trade Assistance Organization.
• Jon provided expert consultation to the SEC on the upcoming Dodd Frank Conflict Mineral Compliance legislation and is listed on the public record.
• Jon was the leading sales person for environmental services in a 3.5 Billion Dollar Company before leaving to found Assent Compliance.

Rob is the lead architect for the Assent software system and oversees the continued innovation and customer additions. Rob is the founder and CEO of 10Count Group (founded in 2003) which helped incubate Assent until its eventual formation into its own corporation in 2010.
